Patients & Families General Information

Hearthstone of Northern Nevada accepts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To schedule a tour please contact our admission team at 775-626-2432 or contact us via email.

Coverage for resident stays will vary by individual insurance policies. Our staff will work with you and your provider in order to verify insurance coverage. Please note that pre-authorizations are not a guarantee of payment and only your insurance carrier is able to make such determinations.

Requests for overnight guests are handled on a case by case basis by the Administrator. If a resident's condition warrants an overnight stay and the resident has a private room, generally a guest is permitted to stay.

Our discharge planning team is dedicated to assure that all of our rehabilitation patients and families are prepared to return to their previous living arrangement or next level of care, through home evaluations and training with both the patients and their families. Hearthstone also employs two full time social workers to provide support and guidance to our long term care residents.
